Model 2: At a distance You will manage the candidate in Mumbai directly, he or she will work on your projects or products. Modern communication makes this way of work a serious model. Time zone differences will always be solved, and we can actually scale up very fast and multi-functional as well. Even temporarily. Model 3: The mix Temporary necessary to have the candidate working at your local desk, and after a certain period working from Mumbai a good (even better priced) option? This is something common for us, and if this model suits you, it will save some money as well. Model 4: Project based You trust us with your project, and we will unburden you completely.
