Merō Studio is a Copenhagen-based, creative collective founded by Monica Steffensen and Alona Vibe. Specializing in photography, video production, strategy consultancy, art direction and copywriting, we work across disciplines to create compelling solutions for leading design, lifestyle and hospitality brands. With an innate appreciation for storytelling, both visual and written, Merō crafts immersive brand narratives, designed to entice audiences at all touch points. Driven by our desire for creation, we work with commercial clients to produce engaging content, spanning everything from brand books and catalogues to extensive digital campaigns. We prioritize an explorative, human-centered approach to business development, and strive to help brands turn challenges into opportunities through tailored strategic solutions. Drawing from our interdisciplinary backgrounds, we unite digital expertise, cultural studies and design thinking to drive problem solving, expand community reach and create inspiring expressions of brand identity. We regard authenticity as an essential element of any successful creative collaboration, and strive to uphold this belief within our partnerships. Merō is a Japanese word meaning mellow. Euphonious, distinctive and poetic, we believe this word best represents the spirit of our studio–pairing soft, meditative visuals with engaging written compositions.
