American Title & Abstract Spec., Inc. is a family-owned company founded in 1991 by Renee' Haralson. On January 1, 2025, her daughter and son, Trishia Dowling and Charlie Delay, proudly took ownership, ensuring that the strong family values Renee' established continue to thrive. In 2020, American Title expanded into the Oklahoma Panhandle, opening a satellite office at 219 NW 4th St., Guymon, Oklahoma, where we provide title insurance and closing services. Continuing our growth, we acquired Haskell County Abstract & Title in February 2025, extending our services into Haskell County, Kansas, while maintaining operations at 107 S. Inman, Sublette, Kansas. Additionally, we proudly serve Stevens County and Morton County, Kansas. Our commitment is to providing the best customer service for individuals buying or selling real estate in Southwest Kansas and the Oklahoma Panhandle.
