The Analyst Pledge

We encourage young professionals to start making a change now by pledging 1% of their bonus to charitable causes. Many of us enter the workforce eager to give back to our community, but never get around to doing it. We forget or we get busy. The Analyst Pledge ensures we keep each other accountable. We aim to be more than a fundraising organization. While in no way required, members are invited to stay involved beyond their analyst years. Our annual 1% pledge will increase its impact as we step into leadership positions and grow our capacity to give. We envision our collective, amplified voice will help enact meaningful social, environmental, and economic change. The Analyst Pledge was created to provide a simple and transparent system for making this happen. Our partnerships with experienced impact investors ensure the impact of every pledged dollar is maximized.
