Boa Fruta – Promotion, Production, and Commercialization of Fruit, LDA, is a family-owned business that dedicates its activity to the production and distribution of Azorean Pineapple/São Miguel DOP (Product of Protected Origin) and the distribution of other emblematic Azorean fruits such as the Azorean Banana and the Azorean Passion-fruit. Located in Fajã de Baixo, Boa Fruta, LDA, proceeds the legacy of the former Humberto Silva, ENI, that for over two decades was one of the most prominent producers and distributors of Azorean Pineapple/São Miguel DOP. Nowadays the descendants of Humberto Silva continue its work, making sure that every day the consumer has a chance to have fruit with superb quality and outstanding nutritious properties, the Azoren fruit.
