When compassion overflows from a loving heart, it starts spreading its wings all around in the society and tries to solace, in whatever little ways it can, the suffering souls. With this very mission of Service To Humanity, we started Anand Ashram Charitable Trust way back in year 2012. Here is a sparkling example of how a seed, if nurtured with love and care, can grow into a beautiful flowering tree spreading its fragrance all around and also trying to produce more and more fruits for the benefit of the needy. The journey started with a very humble beginning. All the near and dear ones extended their support to the concept and services as Netradan and Raktdan started. Good intentions prevailed and attracted more and more well-meaning people to join the platform with novel ideas and newer sewa avenues. Ashayein, Vastradan, Senior Citizens’ Spiritual Sewa, Vidhya Sahayog, Jeevan Mulya, My Green Vadodara, Jal Vivek and other services followed soon. Over the years, people from all walks of life, Corporates, Business, Law, Medical, Education, Technical, Art started taking interest in our activities and soon a very strong team of volunteers started building up which strengthened Anand Ashram’s base. Anand Ashram is now buzzing with events and programmes of our various social services on regular basis and thousands of underprivileged people in the society get the benefit from them. Gists of our current activities are placed on Home Screen of the website under the “Our Activities” button. This astounding success happened as His Grace! Of course, He manifested Himself through the hearts of kind-hearted donors who came forward and extended great financial help to Anand Ashram, without which, a social service organization cannot function. The overwhelming support from all quarters, apart from kind-hearted donors, Government Agencies, Corporates, Educational Institutes, Hospitals, Media and others further strengthened Anand Ashram’s foundation.
