We, Anand Shelters Developers & Builders LLP, are a well-established and esteemed company operating in and around Pune & Ahmednagar for the past 42 years. We have functioned under several firms, namely M/s. Agarwal Ganjave Associates, M/s. Luniya Munot & Co, and Anand Shelters Developers & Builders Pvt. Ltd. Collectively, we have successfully completed approximately 9 lakh sq.ft. of projects, including our latest project ‘Hill View’ located at Katraj Kondhwa Road. This beautifully planned project consists of 95 units and has already become a recognizable landmark opposite the revered Iskon Temple.
