La Asociación Nacional de Recicladores de Plástico (ANARPLA) se constituye como asociación empresarial el 21 de diciembre de 1994. Su objetivo es la promoción, protección y mejora del sector de reciclado mecánico de plástico, que engloba a un conjunto ampliamente representativo de empresas dedicadas al reciclado de plásticos. La capacidad de producción instalada del conjunto de los asociados supera el 70% de la presente en España.
ANARPLA está asociada a Plastic Recyclers Europe (PRE), Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE), Instituto Tecnológico del plástico (AIMPLAS) y Asociación Nacional de Industria de Plástico (ANAIP)
