Anastasios Iliadis Technical Office is a mechanical engineering firm with decades of experience in the study and supervision of electromechanical installations for both public and private sector projects. Our firm specializes in MEP design and building energy studies, with full expertise in ΚΕΝΑΚ compliance and participation in national energy-saving programs such as ΕΞΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΩ. We provide end-to-end support — from energy audits and thermal envelope evaluations to full MEP design and documentation for subsidy eligibility. Founded by Anastasios Iliadis, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Patras and a registered member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TCG), the firm has been operating since 1986, initially based in Athens. Driven by consistency, professional ethics, and deep scientific expertise, Mr. Iliadis continues to provide high-quality engineering services characterized by reliability, integrity, and long-standing experience. Since December 2010, the office has been operating from its new base in Salamina, Greece.
