Anatolia Geneworks was founded in Istanbul in 2010 by partners with twenty years of experience in the fields of genetics, health, diagnostics, and engineering. The main objectives of the company are to achieve success in the global market by developing and producing high-quality molecular genetic products, while also reducing Turkiye's dependence on foreign sources in the molecular diagnostics and biotechnology fields. Anatolia's multidisciplinary structure is a key factor in creating solution-oriented and efficient products for people across a broad geography. In April 2017, Anatolia Geneworks was authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkiye as a Research and Development Center. The company has subsidiaries in Italy, Pakistan, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, the Philippines, Poland, and Germany. Its main expertise lies in designing, developing, and manufacturing real-time PCR kits, nucleic acid extraction kits, rapid antigen test kits, and Real-Time PCR devices, as well as automatic nucleic acid extraction robots. The company’s operations comply with the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, the TS EN ISO 13485:2016 standard, the EU 2017/746 IVDR In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device Regulation, the 98/79/EC IVD Directive, and the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive for Full Quality Assurance Systems.
