In 2002, Alex Perez reincorporated the company that his late father, Domingo Perez, created in 1970 and named it AP Inc. While Alex continued to run and manage the commercial properties that the company owned, he came across a young entrepreneur named Carlos Reyes in 2011. Carlos rented retail space from Alex and later partnered up with him to open up more businesses together. Over time they realized the potential that they had working together and decided to officially launch the joint venture that is now A&C Capital Investment.
