At Future Ancestors Services, we are redefining the role of a speakers bureau. Founded by Larissa Crawford in January 2020, our organization connects clients with diverse entrepreneurs who provide transformative speaking, training, and consulting services. With over 16 years of experience in public speaking, consulting, and advising across various sectors, we specialize in addressing systemic challenges through topics like community impact, sustainability, decolonization, and social justice. Our mission is simple: to amplify the voices of those too often sidelined and make their powerful perspectives accessible to organizations and communities that are ready for change. From grassroots organizations to large corporations, we partner with clients globally to create meaningful engagements that drive social and environmental impact. What sets us apart is our commitment to ethical, accessible pricing. We understand the financial barriers faced by BIPOC, LGBTQ2S+, disabled, and youth-led organizations. In response, we’ve provided over $100,000 in pro-bono services to ensure these communities have access to high-quality speakers and consultants who can make a real difference. Since our inception, we’ve served over 400 clients, with a growing presence in Canada and internationally. We’ve seen firsthand the impact that our unique model has, not just through the transformative sessions we offer, but also in the lasting relationships we build between speakers and clients. By nurturing a collaborative ecosystem, we provide speakers with mentorship and opportunities for growth, ensuring that our work together has a long-term, positive effect. Our goal is to shift traditional business models in the speaking and consulting industry and create a future where all voices are heard, valued, and empowered to make lasting change.
