Also for a small brewery, we have a beautiful selection of hops (Citra, mosaic, Galaxy, Eldorado, hull melon, CTZ, centennial, cascade, millennium, and magnum to name a few). We pride ourselves on paying attention to detail and quality. We are humbled to be joining a community of Oregon Breweries that make the best beer on the planet. We are going to prefill our growlers. At Ancestry, a growler goes through the same process as a bottle goes through to make sure our customers connect with a beer that is fresh and maintains the high quality we put into it for much longer than a tap filled Growler. For those Zwickel Mania lovers, think of our Zwickel fill as getting a Growler right from the tank. We will connect with our customers better than any other brewery out there and customers will see this through our customer brew days and brew competitions. We want to implement local brew clubs, special tastings, and events for our ale club members. We are excited for you to join the family.
