Anchors and Angles Golf is based on research of optimal impact positions created by World Long Drive competitors. Although these competitors are in the elite realm of power production in the golf swing I've found that the same principles apply to golf swings across the board because of the association to the anchor points of the golf swing relative to physiological structure of golfers on a case by case basis. I have also embarked on a research project that looks into meditative breathing patterns and how golfers can use them to improve focus of the eye (Quiet-Eye time), create a smoother and more consistent cadence in the preshot routine, and manage stress in competitive environments. I use psychological cues, physiological processes, and neuromuscular reactions to improve range of motion and keep the golfer less biased to past learned habits to create new and better habits.
