During my 35+ years in the land industry I have had the opportunity to play instrumental roles in the acquisition, planning, entitlement, and development of projects representing thousands of units for several of the area’s top homebuilders. I started Anders Land LLC to provide land use advisory services to landowners and developers, and to their consultants, with the goal of drawing on my extensive experience and perspective as an end user to bring added value to new projects. From acquisition to development, some of the specific areas where my experience can be especially beneficial include: • Upfront evaluation of development potential, project feasibility, and due diligence matters. • Creative and thoughtful conceptual planning and design, with a strong emphasis on envisioning the end-product, including project programming and positioning. • Comprehensive plan, zoning, and engineering entitlements. My approach to planning projects is very detail-oriented and outcome-focused, with the objective of maximizing value and minimizing issues by anticipating potential challenges. It is the nature of our business that issues inevitably arise as we navigate the entitlement process, and the ability to address them in a proactive and creative manner is of utmost importance.
