Peter Andersen has over 10 years experience as a senior executive of a mid sized Group Training Organisation and Apprenticeship Centre. Peter spent time as Chairman of the Group Training Association of NSW and Board Member of Group Training Australia Ltd. He also served as Chairman of the Riverina Murray WorldSkills Committee for six years. Peter has a sense for operational efficiency. He has an indepth knowledge of what makes a GTO work and how to maximise returns on staff and marketing investments. Peter has extensive experience in all facets of managing a GTO including compliance with National Standards. Peter's company also operates a succesful recruitment service dedicated to the GTO and AAC industries. His experience with GTO adn AAC operations has given him a sound knowledge to identify skills and competencies that are best suited to the various core tasks within these operations.
