Andrew Call Coaching & Recruiting is a boutique coaching and talent acquisition firm, focused on providing impactful coaching for executives and end-to-end recruiting solutions for organizations. We utilize the Co-Active coaching method, developed and taught at the world famous Coaches Training Institute, to help motivated, intelligent individuals achieve positive and lasting transformation in their professional lives. Our recruiting service is highly agile and customizable to the unique needs of the client. We also create and facilitate corporate workshops around soft-skill topics such as emotional intelligence. We are passionate about coaching and leadership development and offer several services and options for our clients: - We help clients determine what they want to do next and how to get there. - These coaching sessions include a check in on goals, progress, action items, and agreed upon actions that the client is going to take after each session in order to move themselves further in achieving their career goals. - We also conduct a 360 assessment, interviewing a number of select stakeholders.
