Andrew Zarate, MSW, RD

I'm a registered dietitian and masters level social worker with experience in eating disorders, weight management, chronic disease management, HIV/AIDS nutrition, addictions, and working with LGB, TGNC, and culturally diverse populations. My treatment philosophy is rooted in intuitive and mindful eating as well as body positivity. I work alongside my clients to reimagine their relationships with food and co-design a treatment plan that works for their lives. My hope is that after working with me my clients have been challenged, feel supported in making behavior changes, and have successfully reached their health goals.
