Créée en 1998 par les partenaires sociaux de l'agriculture, l'ANEFA Landes a 2 missions principales :
- Promotion de l'emploi et de la formation en agriculture : L'ANEFA Landes est présente sur tous les événements de l'emploi sur le territoire landais. Elle intervient auprès de public scolaire, demandeur d'emploi, afin de faire connaître les métiers et formations agricoles dans les Landes.
- Développer l'emploi agricole : l'ANEFA Landes gère l'offre et la demande d'emploi en agriculture grâce au site www.lagriculture-recrute.org ainsi qu'à l'application mobile Jobopré.
L'ANEFA Landes communique au quotidien sur les actualités en emploi et formation agricole.
