She also established the Food Safety Initiative at the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa (an industry association) in 2006, which was a first for South Africa). The service offerings come with more than 30 years of experience in the fields of food safety, food microbiology, food hygiene & food safety systems and standards, regulations and appropriate networks both nationally and internationally.
