Our Story
Founded in 2005 by Ankur and Aditi Daga, Angara is a family-started and family-run D2C fine jewelry e-tailer with generations of expertise in gemstones and jewelry-making. Powering their 400-year legacy with cutting-edge technology, the couple built Angara from the stone, up, making bespoke jewelry truly accessible for the very first time.
Angara is vertically-integrated, which means every step in the making of our jewelry is carefully handled by us. We source our gemstones sustainably, cut and polish them ourselves, and then handcraft custom designs around them. Without the middlemen, we deliver premium jewelry at high speed, and with 30 percent more value directly to our customers.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Angara ships to more than 65 countries worldwide. Our offices are present in the USA, Thailand, Australia, Canada, the UK, Ireland and India.
