Angel Foundation for Learning

The Angel Foundation for Learning is a charitable organization that serves the needs of more than 90,000 students in the City of Toronto. Through the generosity and compassion of corporate sponsors and individual donors, we help children and families who are experiencing financial hardships. Our mandate is to ensure that all students have access to the supports they need to fully participate in all education opportunities, and have equal opportunities for success. With equity at its core, The Angel Foundation for Learning provides student nutrition programs to more than 61,000 students in 167 schools (providing over 1.2 million healthy meals and snacks per month). The Foundation also provides scholarships and bursaries as well emergency and basic life supports for families in need (shelter, food, clothing, reading glasses, hearing and visual aids etc), and provides student equity funds to ensure no student is left behind, with equal access to school apparel, art supplies, education/sports/leadership camps, school trips, and other experiential learning opportunities.
