At Angel's Pass, we envision a world where every child has the opportunity to thrive in a safe and loving home, even in the face of challenging circumstances. With over 2 million children being raised by their grandparents and more than 400,000 children being fostered by their grandparents; we recognize the urgent need to provide support and resources to these families, and other families impacted similarly. Our goal is to Break Cycles without Breaking Bonds by empowering grandparents who have stepped up to provide a stable home for children who have been separated from their birth parents due to incarceration, addiction, safety, or other circumstances beyond their control. We challenge ourselves to question the norm when it comes to the foster care system as it stands today in the United States. How can we revolutionize the way children are cared for in the United States? How can we be more proactive, results oriented, and caring as it relates to those who desire to adopt children and those children who would benefit the most from being adopted while still remaining in contact with their birth families, especially birth grandparents?
