I combine traditional healing wisdom with current scientific knowledge to heal my patients from the cellular level through the body’s core, establishing a community of well-being … one rejuvenated individual at a time. In my 7-Key Health Program™, I treat all the systems in the body to foster the changes that stimulate rejuvenation and healing. To achieve and maintain their well-being, I address their nutritional needs, digestion, hormonal balance, detoxification, weight management, emotional & stress levels, and lifestyle factors. It is a whole mind, body and spirit continuum. I believe in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic protocols that include customized diet plans, supplements and lifestyle recommendations. To promote maximum health and happiness, I consider each of my patient’s physical and emotional root causes before customizing a treatment plan. I firmly believe that one method doesn’t fit all; therefore, I examine what works for every body.
