Angelo + Garnets Consulting

I am an organizational consultant with over twenty-five years of experience. Along with my consulting partner, Nancy Angelo, we provide change management and organizational development services across public, private, and non-profit sectors and at all organizational levels. Angelo + Garnets Consulting has helped organizations successfully develop and implement major change initiatives, including increasing the organization's ability to manage stress in the face of change. We have helped leaders and managers develop effective processes for setting direction, managing transitions, and implementing and sustaining strategic change. We have assisted individuals and groups to meet challenges presented by growth and change, and to institute modifications of organizational structure as a result of new ventures; reorganizations, mergers, and moves; and new technology implementation. We provide training to develop managers’ and supervisors’ skills in coaching and supervision, managing change, building high performance work groups, and facilitating participation of employees and colleagues.
