Mission
To provide hands on-training and educating to urban, at risk youth ages 16-24 old to inspire, educate, mentor, train for possible careers in culinary arts so they can become self-sufficient adults contributing to the community. Training will include, cooking, recipe development, food costs, safety, community outreach opportunities and handling among others.
