**No longer trading** Bid writing and management services as well as marketing and business development support. I provide a bid writing service for several contractors and consultants both locally and further afield. They’re all great at what they do but either have trouble communicating this in their quality submissions or can’t afford the time away from their ‘day jobs’. To help I provide:- • Bid management including developing a response matrix to allocate responsibility and deadlines - allowing time to provide a fully considered, proof-read response • Bespoke quality submission writing including method statements – I work with the delivery team to discuss how they plan to complete the project and put it into words. Drawing on my background as a site-based contractor’s QS, I tend to ask questions that challenge the approach, get the team thinking about how to win the bid and draw out information that isn’t necessarily obvious to the reader • Editorial support for in-house writers - ensuring that they are succinctly answering the questions and that the reader can clearly identify responses for scoring purposes • Develop bid collateral including CV’s, Case studies and ‘standard’ responses to typical questions as well as presentation templates for use by the wider client team • Ensure all responses are professional, clearly presented, and easy to read, including evidence to make the bid more powerful • Support for marketing activities including writing copy for websites and social media posts • Assistance with business development through networking and finding synergies between clients and contacts • Discussion to identify viable opportunities where needed and apply selectivity criteria to the bid decision
