Angular Capital is a real estate investment fund that identifies and invests in residential, commercial, offices and mixed use opportunities throughout Mexico, using best practices and providing timely follow-up. Ideally, we look for projects with investment periods of 2-3 years, in Mexican pesos, in areas of growth and / or emerging cities, investment equivalent to $1 -$5 Million USD in association with local mid sized developers with broad experience, responsible, agile, "Hands on" and in need of capital. Projects with consumer focus on mid-market supported by a professional market research that assures sales and financial success.
