Animal Welfare Insurance Program

Animal Welfare Insurance Program (AWIP) was formed to assist in developing insurance products and services for the animal welfare community. AWIP is a Division of PeopleFirst Property & Casualty Headquartered in Easton, PA. AWIP has been serving all fifty states and Puerto Rico for 10 years, with access to national and regional markets. We serve the needs of a variety of clientele; from the no physical location one person rescue, to Humane Societies, Sanctuaries, and including multi-state brick and mortar facilities. Our focus is on making the maximum positive effect for the animals and their rescuer organizations. Our dedicated team uses community driven models and takes actions that make a long-lasting difference in Animal Welfare Insurance, the organizations there in, and the animals they serve.
