• 2024 - Target acquisition screening in the Fresh Petfood space across France/Belgium/DACH for French smallcap Private Equity -> no investment decided
• 2024 - Portfolio review and Buy-Out options (sell-side) for the pet supplements leader in Brazil with M&A boutique.
• 2023 - Post-Acquisition management & business reviews of DTC Dog Petfood on behalf of two shareholders (French PE + FO)-> management team reshuffle (one cofounder fired) + complete operating model reviewed
• 2023 - Scale-up for German Healthy Snack company on behalf of Paris-based Private Equity specialized in Consumer-> Where to Play/How to win approach for French market + staffing reco
