Animato Kwartet / Animato Quartet

The Animato Quartet, one of the most promising young string quartets in the Netherlands, has received critical acclaim both in the Netherlands and internationally. Since their founding in 2013, they have won several awards and have performed in major concert halls, including the Concertgebouw. They recently won the Dutch Classical Talent 2022 audience award and participated in the Verbier Festival Academy and the Banff International String Quartet Competition. The quartet is an Artist in Residence at the Dutch String Quartet Academy. They have also collaborated with other musicians and made several CD recordings. The Animato Quartet is known for their energy and commitment to both each other and the music they play.
