An Individual Efforts is a campaign to spread awareness about Gender Equality among every Individual because "Every Individual matters". We believe that Gender Equality happened when people of all Genders treat each other equally. Every Gender should have all the rights, Freedom of Speech and Respect in the society so that they express themselves truly. It's a high time to change the conservative thinking towards every other Gender. "Men Can wear skirt too. Trans has all the rights to become Actors/ Actress, Girls can also be the Head of House" Gender equality is when people of all genders have equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities. Everyone is affected by gender inequality - women, men, trans and gender diverse people, children and families. It impacts people of all ages and backgrounds. "Do not tolerate disrespect, not even from yourself".
