Anita Krammig

Anita Krammig is an executive coach, PCC certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with a decade of experience in coaching leadership and excellence. Her broad-reaching background, spanning various industries nationally and internationally, supports her clients in gaining clarity, reaching their goals, and moving forward with confidence and ease. Anita draws on a wide variety of fields, including design thinking, adaptive leadership, innovation, sociology, neuroscience, vertical development and positive intelligence. She creates innovative interventions for leaders facing business challenges and individuals who find themselves in the midst of change. Her collaborative, empathic, holistic and solution-oriented approach results in increased impact in her clients' professional as well as personal lives. Anita grew up in four countries and appreciates diversity and new ideas. She currently lives with her husband and two children, in Berlin, Germany, from where she serves clients internationally.
