Hi, I’m Anna — and I wasn’t always a career coach.
I used to be a classic quiet achiever: introverted, hard-working, and convinced that if I just kept my head down, success would follow. It didn’t. I struggled to advocate for myself, bombed interviews, and started wondering if I had anything valuable to offer.
Confused, frustrated, and broken down, I did what any nerd would do: I started researching. I spoke to people who were getting ahead, figured out what they were doing differently, studied, experimented, systemised—and eventually, succeeded.
The result? I went from a job I loathed, earning $60K a year, to doing work I loved—and tripled my salary in just 3 years.
Friends started asking how I did it. Then their friends did. I turned everything I’d learned into a proven system that’s helped my clients land dream roles, get promoted, and get paid what they’re worth.
Now, as a career coach, I help quiet high achievers build the clarity, confidence, and strategy to grow their careers and do meaningful work in places that see, value, and pay them for their strengths.
