My goal is to help clients navigate uncertainty, build confidence, negotiate better pay & secure the progression they truly deserve. My coaching is enriched by my knowledge of meditation, facilitation, human-centred design, and extensive experience mentoring culturally diverse groups across three countries, including skilled migrants in Australia.Outside of work, you can find me mastering my hand stands at a calisthenics class, enjoying a swim at the beach, researching my latest nerdy interest (currently behavioural science!) or curled up on the sofa reading a good thriller.
