Informal care, family & social support
Informal care support is aimed at supporting people to remain self-reliant and independent for as long as possible. I supported in caregiving tasks so that there is room for quality time (and less care time) with close family and friends. Think of guiding during an appointment in the hospital, therapy, the hairdresser, dentist or any other activity. Drinking a cup of coffee, walking or going to a museum are also possible. Just like helping with clearing things up. If necessary, I offer mental support and I can include a signaling function. I have experience with people with dementia and can connect well with their experience.
When running a family you don't get a manual, so you sometimes run into things that you don't know what to do. It often also helps if someone measures the situation from a distance and thinks along with you. I offer this opportunity and I like to think along with you.
We live in an individualistic society and people are therefore increasingly more on their own. Making contact with maintenance is therefore not always easy. I offer support in daily life. This can be done by offering a listening ear or undertaking an activity together.
