Anna Chandy and Associates

Anna Chandy is a social psychologist and the founder of Anna Chandy & Associates, a therapy practice that offers counselling services to individuals and organizations across more than 40 countries. She also serves on the boards of two organizations - the Centre for Organization Development in Hyderabad, India, and LiveLoveLaugh, a mental health nonprofit founded by Deepika Padukone. Anna’s clients include entrepreneurs, business families, corporate organizations, and social influencers. Her experience of over 30 years comprises therapy work, training, counsellor mentoring, and strategic interventions designed to drive systemic change in India's mental health ecosystem. One of these initiatives – Ātmaprasāra – pioneers a new model of community health supported by cultural understanding, local knowledge, and community interest. Run in partnership with Ramco Group, a diversified conglomerate in India, Ātmaprasāra’s trained volunteers offer free counselling sessions for residents of Rajapalyam in Tamil Nadu. Anna has supported various causes through psycho-socio rehabilitation work, helping survivors of the Gujarat earthquake and victims of the tsunami in Sri Lanka and India. She has also offered pro bono counselling at Vishwas in Bangalore, India, where she started her career. Anna's first book, "Battles in the Mind - Conquering and Winning Over Emotional Pain" was published by Penguin Random House in June 2017. She has also been featured on CNN, NDTV, Fortune, The Times of India, Mint, The Better India, and other leading media properties. She hosts Mind Your Mornings, a bi-monthly podcast on Spotify.
