~Do you ever wonder if this is as good as it gets? ~Do you wish you had the confidence to ask for what you want in life? ~Do you feel like you're just hustling to keep all the balls in the air, and that no part of your life is really getting your full attention? I'm a certified High Performance Coach, writer, and online educator who helps people get clarity on their purpose, have the confidence to pursue what they want, and develop the lifelong habits to have more in life. I am a bit of a researcher nerd, with a special love for studying positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and neurobiology. Becoming a coach and a writer evolved out of years of my own personal struggles. Like many people, my schools, teachers, community, and family did not give me the skills to navigate stress, overcome difficulties, communicate well, set boundaries, and have the confidence I needed to succeed. After finally hitting a wall and feeling like my life was falling apart, I decided that there had to be a better way. I studied everything I could get my hands on and sought out mentors and coaches until I cracked the code to finding my true self. I then methodically developed the skills necessary to evolve from being a struggling single mom to a person of confidence, leadership, and deep compassion (because I have been there--I get it). My years in Fortune 500 companies and real estate led me to discover that my gift was motivating and supporting others to use more of their potential and have a higher degree of satisfaction in life. I put what I had learned to work and mentored and coached team members, community members, and youth because I wanted to share what I had learned with others so that they could experience better lives as well. I have broken down the steps into a simple process for gaining clarity and confidence and how to be your best self.
