The Austrian Network of Programmes for Education, Diversity, and Innovation (ANPEDI) was established to address the pressing need for social cohesion, cultural integration, as well as foster employment and educational opportunities of third-country citizens and youth groups in Vienna and Austria at large.
ANPEDI recognizes the need to address these challenges comprehensively, drawing on the successes and lessons learned from the City of Vienna and other initiatives, including promoting respectful relationships, capacity-building among migrants and associations, and initiatives fostering dialogue and education on diversity and human rights. ANPEDI seeks to build upon these foundations, aligning its mission with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and EU priorities, to create innovative programs that empower third-country citizens, enhance their prospects, and facilitate their integration into Austrian society. Through collaboration with experts, communities, and stakeholders, ANPEDI aims to contribute to Vienna's vibrant multicultural landscape and ensure inclusive growth and development.
