ANPEDI

The Austrian Network of Programmes for Education, Diversity, and Innovation (ANPEDI) was established to address the pressing need for social cohesion, cultural integration, as well as foster employment and educational opportunities of third-country citizens and youth groups in Vienna and Austria at large. ANPEDI recognizes the need to address these challenges comprehensively, drawing on the successes and lessons learned from the City of Vienna and other initiatives, including promoting respectful relationships, capacity-building among migrants and associations, and initiatives fostering dialogue and education on diversity and human rights. ANPEDI seeks to build upon these foundations, aligning its mission with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and EU priorities, to create innovative programs that empower third-country citizens, enhance their prospects, and facilitate their integration into Austrian society. Through collaboration with experts, communities, and stakeholders, ANPEDI aims to contribute to Vienna's vibrant multicultural landscape and ensure inclusive growth and development. "Promotion of social cohesion and active participation in society" ANPEDI is dedicated to promoting social cohesion and active participation for all community members, with a specific emphasis on third-country individuals. By fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment, ANPEDI seeks to create opportunities for those individuals to not only contribute meaningfully to Austrian society but also to live a fair and dignified life. Through initiatives and programs, ANPEDI aims to break down barriers to social integration, address systemic inequalities, and promote a sense of belonging among all members of the community. By promoting diversity and fostering understanding, ANPEDI strives to create a society where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to participate fully in social, economic, and cultural life.
