Ansa Polymer and Carib Glassworks have come together under a single identity. Ansa Packaging is the amalgamation of the administrative & commercial functions of Carib Glassworks and ANSA Polymer. We provide both glass & plastic packaging. Carib Glassworks Limited (CGL) is a Trinidad and Tobago based company under the ANSA McAL Group of Companies with a rich history dating back to 1948. CGL from inception has a strong and consistent recycling arm, titled Glass Works within its business model, making CGL the largest and oldest recycler in the CARICOM region. Our company employs over 300 hundred employees of which are highly skilled engineers, technicians and administrative professionals. Driven by our customer demands, we continuously invest in our people, install cutting edge machinery and technology with advanced production capabilities, conduct state-of-the-art design with testing facilities and source quality raw materials. CGL produces standard and custom-made containers in three colours; flint, green and amber. Our work ethic allows us to achieve new milestones in quality, safety and governance daily and with rigorous audit processes, we work continuously on our ISO 9001:2015 and Food Safety Systems Certifications (FSSC) 22000. We care about the environment and it is the reason our investment in our Forest Rehabilitation Program, at our sand plant provides the opportunity for our social and environmental investment to the community and the earth.
