AntarChile S.A. was organized in 1984 to be a holding company of the Angelini Group, which controls 74.36% of the company. It manages assets over US$20 billion. Its main investment is the property of 60.82% of Empresas Copec, one of the largest and most important companies of the country, with a market capitalization that exceeds US$12 billion. AntarChile S.A. and its subsidiary companies have reached a leadership position in different productive sectors, such as forestry, energy, fuel distribution and fishing, among others.
