The goal of Anteater Emergency Medical Services (AEMS) is to establish an on-campus, student-run, emergency medical technician (EMT) resource. As first-responders, students in AEMS are able to give back to the UC Irvine campus by providing quality care when necessary. Through serving the university community, AEMS also provides a path for students to become licensed health care providers, serve the campus in meaningful ways, gain patient care experience, and acquire knowledge of medical field.
