Antika World is embarking on a grand transformation of the TZUM building, poised to become a truly extraordinary destination. In the re-imagined TZUM , open and spacious layouts honor the cultural and historical treasures cherished by both locals and tourists. Alongside modern, high-quality restaurants and bars, TZUM will feature spaces for a variety of brands and their luxury, exclusive collections, many of which will be created especially for TZUM . Several multi-brand stores will be established, providing local manufacturers and designers the opportunity to showcase their work, thus supporting Bulgarian businesses. Highlights of the New TZUM Design Include: 1. Cultural Hub: This floor will feature three museums: Bulgarian, Egyptian, and a Rose Oil Museum, complete with a rose oil workshop. Visitors can also enjoy five dining venues with open kitchens and cooking shows, souvenir,shops, and a spa with mineral water. 2. Four Retail Floors: Dedicated to leading global brands, luxury accessory stores, fashion for women, men, and children, home goods, watches, jewelry, highend cafes, patisseries, and restaurants. A spotlight will be given to Bulgarian designers, who will have the unique opportunity to showcase their finest collections, standing shoulder to shoulder with global fashion icons. 3. Communal co-working space: A communal space designed for freelancers and businesses, featuring co working areas, VIP zones, private offices, conference facilities, a top-tier podcast studio, and a multi functional room for various events, including press conferences, seminars, fashion shows, and private celebrations. 4. Innovative Kids' Area: This will be the most advanced children’s zone in the region, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as augmented reality and holograms. 5.
