Antolac is a tokenization startup that aims to revolutionize the real estate market by making it easily accessible for everybody. Our mission is to make real estate a liquid asset and to enable everybody to become a landlord by investing securely and without years of real estate experience in high-quality properties. As we’re offering tokenized properties, investments are possible from low amounts on. Our goal is to keep the barriers low while creating a win-win situation for buyers and sellers of the properties - ensuring very low fees, efficient processes and providing buyers with all the benefits from being a landlord (e.g. getting paid out the rental regularly & making decisions regarding the property).
