Insufficient protein production is the root cause of many rare genetic disorders and can exacerbate symptoms in larger more genetically complex diseases. Our core technology consists of an RNA-sequence analysis pipeline developed in the laboratory of Dr. Thomas Tuschl, cofounder of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. Our platform queries mRNA sequence data to identify targetable regions for up-regulating gene expression using anti-sense oligonucleotides.
