Anxious Minds is a multi award-winning mental health charity based in the North East of England, committed to providing fast, personalised support to people who are in crisis due to mental health challenges, trauma, suicide risk, or abuse. We offer holistic, evidence-based care through professional counselling, long-term recovery centres, and dedicated community outreach. This includes our essential Community Kitchen, which provides hot meals and emergency aid to those facing financial hardship, and our Advice Service, guiding people through complex issues like benefits, housing, and employment. We are also nationally recognised for our work with veterans and their families. Our award-winning Veteran Recovery College delivers tailored mental health support, therapy, and rehabilitation, helping veterans and their loved ones navigate the transition to civilian life, access vital services, and build long-term resilience.
