Individuals can use AONest 24x7 to navigate their mental health concerns independently, without needing to talk to a therapist. It consists of videos and worksheets developed by experts (e.g., psychologists and psychotherapists) which can help individuals: * Understand emotions and how they relate to mental well-being, * Improve overall mental health, * Boost emotional resilience, and * Build spirit. Each user creates a unique learning pathway based on their specific needs and interests. They can work through the resources independently or use AONest in combination with talk therapy and/or psychotherapy.
