About Arbeits-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie an der JGU Mainz

Als Arbeits-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsycholog:innen erforschen wir das Erleben und Verhalten von Menschen bei der Arbeit, in Organisationen und in größeren wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen. Unsere Abteilung beschäftigt sich dabei schwerpunktmäßig mit Erholung, Resilienz, gesundheitsförderlicher Führung, Proaktivität und mit einer sich durch KI wandelnden Arbeitswelt. As work, organizational and business psychologists, we conduct research on the experiences and behavior of individuals at work, in organizations and in broader economic contexts. Our department focuses on recovery, resilience, health-promoting leadership, proactivity and a working world facing changes brought by developments in AI.
