APAC Land is a privately-owned commercial real estate development and investment company. We engage in a variety of real estate projects with a focus on office buildings, mixed-use complexes, retail spaces, warehouses, and residences. Our current flagship project under development is an 800,000 sq. ft. mixed-used commercial complex in Bangkok's Central Business District (CBD). It comprises Grade-A office building and retail spaces designed to meet US Green Building Council's LEED Gold and FitWel's maximum 3-star standards with target completion by 2024.
