Qualtics

Qualtics is a software-as-a-service company that helps utility companies quickly identify outage locations and extend, improve outage response time and asset management, gather data to perform predictive analytics, and improves customer care and communications. We are currently testing our first product, Apagón (https://apagonapp.com/), a platform for the Latin American Market composed of an app that allows residents to report in real-time their power outages and a dashboard that provides utility companies with near-real-time data and a way to alert customers directly via their phones.
